Shipping policy

Shipping

• We process orders within two - three business days.  Purchase orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with delivery within two to five days.  
• Upon shipping, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.
• Weekend orders generally ship on Monday.  

Delivery Notices – You will receive an email notification that the USPS driver has delivered your package.

Non-Delivery – If you receive a delivered email but did not receive your package, please contact USPS with your tracking number handy; USPS needs that number to help you. If USPS cannot help you, please contact us directly at info@novothera.com.
